DAT BOY AIM

The World's First Cinematic Crossover Artist

Dat Boy Aim is a rapper out of Flint, Michigan — Flint born, but forged by way of Atlanta, with deep roots in the ATL music mecca that shaped his sound. He carries the lineage of a city that gave the world MC Breed — Tupac's close friend and Flint's biggest export — and The Dayton Family, cut in the same Flint tradition as legendary engineer Bernard Terry (Ready for the World, MC Breed, The Dayton Family). Independent from day one — never signed, never sold — he turned that Midwest grit and Atlanta schooling into a catalog built entirely on his own terms. Across releases like Fetti Season, City Life & Club Nights, and the 2005 EP Whatulookinat, Dat Boy Aim traded verses and beats with Gucci Mane, Lil Flip, Bonecrusher, and Archie Eversole, over production from Zaytoven and a tight circle of Atlanta and Michigan beatmakers — all while keeping ownership of every master and every publishing share in his own hands.
