Dat Boy Aim is a rapper out of Atlanta, GA — Flint, MI born, but forged by way of Atlanta, with deep roots in the ATL music mecca that shaped his sound. He carries the lineage of a city that gave the world MC Breed — Tupac's close friend and Flint's biggest export,  The Dayton Family and Ready for the World. Independent from day one — never signed, never sold — he turned that Midwest grit and Atlanta schooling into a catalog built entirely on his own terms.

Across releases like Fetti Season, City Life & Club Nights, and the 2005 EP Whatulookinat feat. Gucci Mane & Get Yo Money feat Lil Flip, Dat Boy Aim has traded verses and beats with some of the industries biggest names, including Bonecrusher, and Archie Eversole. His song This My Year still sings like an anthem over production from Zaytoven .

The result is a true independent's catalog: Southern-tinged Midwest street music, made on his own terms, on his own label, owning all of his own Masters since day one. No cosign carried him. He built it himself.
